Belly Full Still Hungry

Belly Full and still hungry?

An Excerpt from Twinkies to ITAL:

Over fed and Undernourished, bellies full and still hungry, eat “energy” all day-while having no energy all day-these are typical effects to an over processed diet. An over processed diet can easily be called a typical American diet. Factory farmed meat and dairy, with tons of refined grains processed until white and bleached- or just a plain old liquid, or powdered sweetener. Constantly making food choices with either money, or taste as a primary factor, is what has led us to an early grave-and limiting the last 11.7 years in illness on average here in the USA. Preventative medicine is the cure. Vitamins and minerals are just scratching the surface, and we barely know anything about these extraordinary compounds. We isolated the first vitamin in 1901 (thiamine), which we isolated from brown rice. From then we kept on isolating. When we refine all of these elements we disrupt the gentle pool of Mother Nature creating a ripple effect that has drowned our nation. One third of our population has accumulated 30 percent body fat, a nation where we are prisoners in our own body tipping the scales at a whopping 50 percent body fat. Now that’s a lot of whoppers! Actually, at 960 calories, over half of them being NON essential fat, only 3.6 whoppers are necessary to gain 1 pound- so you only have to eat about 91 burgers to gain 25 pounds (not including your BMR).

So what do we eat if we don’t eat factory farmed meat, cheese, and refined grains and sweeteners? How do we avoid all of the chemicals, preservatives, artificial flavors, and colors? We eat foods from nature! Fruits and vegetables should be on the front-line. RAW and uncooked fruits and vegetables should be the bulk of your diet and is the hallmark of a healthy diet that leads to increased physical, mental, and sexual performance. Yes, sexual performance. Whole grains where once promoted for sexual performance, in fact Dr. Graham actually made the graham cracker to increase sexual function due the decrease of performance when eating an (now typical) American diet. The processed foods you have been eating will not only kill you but they will lead you to a lack of energy which will show, as you are physically tired, mentally tired, and far from “in the mood” if the staple of your diet is meat, cheese, and refined grains. This is all related to your diet and you fitness level. These two subjects don’t even matter if your intentions and goals are not focused in your mind. You must focus on the “prize” not the limitations….there are no limitations. Exercise is 90% mental and 10% physical, any athlete will agree. You must focus your mind. The preparation of your physical manifestation is through your mind, and proper nutrition will assist your mind in positive thought. This is exactly why you should stay clear of “diet food”. You should be thinking of your food as “food” not “health food”. A banana is food - not health food. Your mind should be free and clear from fear and limitations. Instead of want and desires, stick with goals and intentions. Intend to be healthy.

The most powerful foods are fruits and vegetables in there uncooked raw state. A simple means of attaining variety and nutritional synergy is to eat all the colors of the rainbow. It tastes good too! This will ensure that you get the stuff you probably haven’t been getting over the past few years, and if can loose 25 pounds of fat – then you probably have not utilized all the nutrients that you need. It’s the micronutrients that you need now. You obviously accumulated enough fat, protein and carbohydrates- which are your macronutrients. If you have excess fat, overgrown muscles (that probably are not functional) and your insulin factor is unresponsive with signs of diabetes, then you got more than enough macronutrients and this excess storage is proof of that.

It is not only vitamins and minerals that you are in desperate need of, it is also fiber to cleanse you which I can write 20 more pages about and not say enough. Phyto-nutrients alone can help prevent 99% of the modern diseases and syndromes that plague our nation. Even sunburn has been documented to be preventable by increasing phyto-nutrients like the ones in carrots, tomato, and Goji berries. These are all preventative diseases!! Phyto-nutrients are simply the colors in fruits and vegetables, hence the recommendation for the rainbow diet. There is still electromagnetic energy to discuss, and we as a culture have not even put close to enough attention towards the research of electricity on our foods. Goji Berries have been documented to have enormous electromagnetic energy which is needed to “power” our internal organs. On the contrary, we actually we zap our food with thousands of volts of electricity to kill microbial agents in our food, this is called irradiation, and we have no clue the potential effect of this processes (we also have no clue that is happens to our food supply because “they” don’t have to tell use when they do this), another form of irritation is to put radioactive energy into our food by exposing it to cobalt or other radioactive elements. Learn more about what you eat.

Start by increasing your fruits and vegetable to pounds a day instead of servings. Eat at least 5-10 servings a day of fruits and vegetables. Try this for 2-4 weeks with a ton of variety by alternating colors and textures and you will not only loose weight but you will fell magnificent. You will acquire more energy, have better bowel moments which will prevent all gastro intestinal disorders and cancers, and you will sleep better and help your loved one sleep better-wink wink. Enjoy your new way of eating with Love and Gratitude because the only way to attain health is through love and gratitude, and without these to foundational elements you will be magnetically driven tot failure. Stay positive!
